Real estate Pipedrive

Residential real-estate developer, Georgia

Project diagram: Residential real-estate developer, Georgia

Challenge

The sales team ran deals in spreadsheets, and a lawyer prepared each contract by hand — up to 2 hours apiece. Contracts were bilingual (Georgian + Russian), which doubled the work and produced regular errors in legal details and amounts whenever data was copied across.

Solution

Pipedrive implementation with a full pipeline from first contact to signing. Smart Docs with bilingual contract templates: merge fields populate deal data into both language versions at once. Custom fields for real-estate units: building, floor, area, installment terms.

Context

A residential real-estate developer in Georgia: two projects on sale, a team of 6 sales managers. Deals were tracked in Google Sheets, and the lawyer assembled contracts by hand from Word templates — in two language versions for every deal.

What we did

  1. Real-estate sales pipeline. Stages from inquiry to signing, with unit reservation and control over installment deadlines.
  2. Property catalog inside the CRM. Each unit is a separate record with fields for building, floor, area, price per m², and status.
  3. Smart Docs with bilingual templates. One click produces a contract in both language versions, with every legal detail and amount pulled from the deal via merge fields.
  4. Automations. A deal stage change creates tasks for the manager and the lawyer; reserving a unit locks it for other managers.

Result

A contract is prepared in 7 minutes instead of 2 hours, and copy-paste errors are gone for good. The lawyer reviews rather than retypes. Managers see the current status of every unit in real time.
