1. Who we are

WDP is a CRM implementation consultancy in Ukraine. Website: wdp.com.ua. Contact: team@wdp.com.ua.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what you provide yourself through the contact form:

First and last name
Phone number
Email (optional)
Company name (optional)
Message text (optional)
URL of the page the request was sent from
Technical source markers: landing page, referrer, UTM campaign tags, and ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid) (stored in your browser and sent only together with your request)

Analytics cookies (GA4, Microsoft Clarity) are enabled only after your consent in the cookie banner — no tracking starts before you agree (see section 6). We do not use advertising pixels and do not sell data to third parties.

3. How we use your data

Exclusively for:

Responding to your request or inquiry
Running a preliminary consultation
Communication within a potential or ongoing project

We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

4. Where the data is stored

Form submissions are passed via a secure API request to our server and delivered to a private Telegram chat of the WDP team. The data is not stored in a database on the site — it lives only in Telegram and in your subsequent correspondence with us.

Telegram is a service of Telegram FZ-LLC; its server infrastructure is located in the EU. Terms: telegram.org/privacy.

5. AI tools (Google Gemini)

The site runs two AI tools: an automation-idea generator and a project-scope calculator. The text you enter (business description, project parameters) is sent by a server-side request to the Google Gemini API to generate a response. The API key is stored only on the server; your input is not stored in a database on the site.

Do not enter personal data (names, phone numbers, emails) or trade secrets into these tools — a general description of the business is enough. Processing on Google's side: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Analytics and cookies

The site uses analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity. They load only after your consent in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, key wdp-consent) and is not sent to the server.

GA4 collects aggregated visit statistics with IP anonymization. Clarity records anonymized sessions (click and scroll maps) to analyze site usability.

You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the site footer — after withdrawal, analytics is not loaded.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the EU or Ukraine, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your data
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your data
Restriction — restrict data processing
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

8. Changes to this policy

In case of substantial changes, we publish an updated version with a date. Continued use of the site after an update means acceptance of the new version.
