Via REST API we transfer contacts, companies, deals, and tasks — together with comments, links between records, and files. A CSV export cannot do that, so we migrate through the API wherever it is available. Only Bitrix24 internal chats and BP Designer processes do not carry over automatically.

Yes, with one nuance: the free Bitrix24 plan has no REST API access. Two options: export via CSV (losing comments and record links), or a paid plan for the migration period so everything comes out through the API. We calculate which is cheaper during the consultation.
