Working with NetHunt CRM
at WDP, in short
Five facts. No marketing fluff — what actually stands behind the word "partner".
- NetHunt CRM is a Gmail-native CRM and a business-process builder from a Ukrainian company based in Kyiv: records, sales pipelines, and client history live directly in the Gmail interface; a standalone web app and iOS/Android apps are also available.
- A flexible folder-based data model with relations, native Tasks, and Workflows turns NetHunt into a configurable platform for almost any process — sales, projects, recruitment, operations — not just a sales pipeline; the folder count is plan-gated (4–20).
- Native Tasks (assignable, with due/start dates, priority, round-robin auto-assignment, created by Workflows, linked to records and emails) plus a shared project dashboard cover task, project, and case management — alongside native Ukrainian telephony: Ringostat, Binotel, UniTalk, Stream Telecom, Phonet.
- WDP is a NetHunt Implementation Partner in Ukraine.
- Average WDP implementation takes 3–5 weeks, with 2 weeks of hypercare (intensive hands-on support right after launch) after go-live.
NetHunt CRM
strengths
Analysis without marketing: why teams pick this system — and where we pushed it beyond its stock scenario.
Records, pipelines, and client history live directly in the Gmail interface: incoming and outgoing emails auto-link to records, with native Google Calendar, Contacts, Drive, and Meet integrations. A standalone web app outside Gmail and iOS/Android apps are also available. The low adoption barrier shows in the ratings: G2 4.6/5 (~277 reviews), with ease of use the most-mentioned pro.
Custom record folders with unlimited custom fields and relations, plus native Tasks and Workflows, turn NetHunt into a configurable platform for almost any process — not just a sales pipeline. You can model non-CRM entities (students, payments, properties, projects, candidates, assets) and run project, case, and operational workflows on top of them, all without programming. Getting the data architecture right is the main job — and WDP's core value. The folder count is plan-gated: 4 / 7 / 10 / 20 / custom, so ERP-like architectures realistically require the Business tier or higher.
Native Tasks are a first-class object: assignable, with start/due dates and priority, round-robin auto-assignment, creatable by Workflows, and linked to records and emails — surfaced in a shared task/project dashboard. The Workflows engine drives the automation: triggers (new/changed record, stage change, new email, incoming webhook for website leads), actions (record updates, emails and sequences, task creation, outbound webhook/HTTP calls). Together they cover task, project, and case management on top of the folder model. Plan limits: ~50 workflows and ~2,000 actions/month on Business, ~80 and ~5,000 on Business Plus — a sizing input we account for before the contract.
NetHunt is a Ukrainian company based in Kyiv: Ukrainian-language product, site (nethunt.ua), and help center. Native integrations with Ukrainian telephony — Ringostat, Binotel, UniTalk, Stream Telecom, Phonet. For Ukrainian buyers this is an argument on both vendor risk and localization.
Every messenger in one window: Telegram (chatbots + personal chats), WhatsApp including WhatsApp Business (2025), Instagram (Direct, comments, Stories), Facebook Messenger (2025), Viber (chatbots). Connected accounts are plan-gated: 1 / 3 / 7 / 15.
Since May 2026, NetHunt automatically syncs CRM data to Google BigQuery — dashboards are then built in Looker Studio and Power BI without custom API pipelines. Built-in reporting covers basic scenarios; for data-heavy teams, the BigQuery route closes the historical gap.
Who it fits —
and who it doesn't
An honest assessment. Not a universal CRM. If it doesn't fit you — we say so before the contract, not after.
NetHunt CRM fits you if
- The whole team works in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- B2B sales with active email correspondence: client history collects in the record automatically
- Sales team of 3+ people that does not want to switch between the CRM and the inbox
- Messenger-driven sales: Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger — in one Chats window
- Non-sales and operational processes: schools, agencies, recruitment, service companies — projects, cases, and tasks on a flexible folder model + native Tasks + Workflows, as a lightweight ERP
- A Ukrainian vendor matters: the product, support, and telephony (Ringostat, Binotel) are local
NetHunt CRM is not for you if
- The team is not on Gmail: email sync only works with Gmail/Google Workspace, no Outlook/IMAP → better fit: Pipedrive or Uspacy
- The core is an e-commerce/marketplace order desk — stock sync, PRRO fiscalization (Ukrainian software-based fiscal receipts), mass Nova Poshta waybills: that is not what NetHunt is built for → better fit: KeyCRM
- You need a ready-made corporate workspace with built-in internal team chat, an activity feed, and an HR/org-structure module out of the box (NetHunt has native Tasks but ships none of those, and its Chats hub is for external customer messaging) → better fit: Uspacy
- Native AI is critical (assistant, scoring): as of 2026 NetHunt has none, automation is rule-based → better fit: Pipedrive
- You need real-time sync with 1C / BAS → that requires a dedicated middleware (a connector service between the two systems) regardless of the system

How NetHunt CRM lives
in your infrastructure
Data model and flows first. Interface second. That's the difference between "configuring a CRM" and "designing a system that scales".
"Just configuring NetHunt CRM" and "designing a system that won't break in a year" are two different projects. We do the second one.
