B2B distributor, field sales team

Uspacy as a field-sales workspace: visit tracking (check-in, photo, GPS), dashboards per rep, and a many-to-many contact-to-company model for counterparties with several legal entities. Two separate pipelines — acquiring new points and repeat orders. Two-way sync with BAS via middleware: orders into accounting, catalogue and stock back into the CRM.

Uspacy as a field-sales workspace for the HoReCa channel: rep visit tracking (check-in, photo, GPS), a record per venue with order history, and a single request pipeline with venue and channel fields. Ringostat telephony — a call instantly opens the venue record. The CRM sits alongside the venues' POS systems, it does not replace them.
