- KeyCRM is an order-centric system for e-commerce: the central object is the order, not the deal. Since 2025–2026 it also ships lead funnels, built-in chats, and a finance module.
- 10+ marketplaces natively (Rozetka, Prom, Etsy, Amazon, OLX, Epicentr) and 20+ sales channels including site platforms and messengers.
- Usage-based pricing: users are free and unlimited; you pay for order, funnel-card, and message volume (post-payment billing).
- Nova Poshta is native: waybills (TTN) from the order card, bulk generation, tracking, auto-close. Plus Ukrposhta, Meest, Rozetka Delivery, DHL, UPS.
- WDP is a KeyCRM Partner. Average implementation takes 3–4 weeks; complex cases with BAS and a custom API — up to 10 weeks.

strengths
Analysis without marketing: why teams pick this system — and where we pushed it beyond its stock scenario.
A single plan with post-payment billing: the base includes 200 orders, 2,000 funnel cards, and 20,000 messages per month, with overage billed in fixed increments. Users can be added without limits and without per-seat cost — a unique model among the systems WDP implements. The caveat: at 10,000+ orders/month the bill becomes meaningful, and each personal messenger number (Viber/Telegram/WhatsApp) carries a separate monthly fee — we model the economics at discovery.
Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Rozetka, Prom, Allo, Epicentr, Kasta, OLX, RIA.com, Umall — native connectors with no third-party services. Plus Shopify, Horoshop, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Wix, Webflow, Magento, and other site platforms; since February 2026, WooCommerce gets real-time webhook stock sync and two-way status sync.
Waybill (TTN) creation from the order card, bulk generation, tracking, auto-close on delivery — and the integration keeps shipping: NP Fulfillment (02/2026), NP International (2025), automatic detection of return waybills with a "Returned" status (05/2026). Also native: Ukrposhta, Meest, Rozetka Delivery, DHL Express, UPS.
Instagram Direct, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp Business (since 2025), Facebook Messenger, and TikTok lead forms — in a single window. Since May 2026, an order can be created entirely inside the chat, without switching to another section — critical for businesses where sales run through Instagram conversations.
Software fiscal registers (PRRO) Checkbox and Vchasno.Kasa are native. Payments and banks: PrivatBank, Monobank, A-Bank (invoice from the order card, 05/2026), NovaPay, RozetkaPay, LiqPay, WayForPay, Fondy. Fiscal receipts and payment collection require no custom development.
A built-in finance module (accounts, income/expenses, multi-currency, 2025), lead funnels with custom-field trigger conditions (01/2026), and rebuilt analytics (01/2026): significantly faster dashboards, custom-field filters, granular access rights. The vendor now also targets services niches: beauty, education, consulting.

- Online store selling through marketplaces (Rozetka, Prom, Etsy)
- Processing from 20 to 10,000+ orders per month — users are not billed, you pay for volume
- Logistics via Nova Poshta — you need automated waybills (TTN), tracking, and returns
- Sales via Instagram and messengers — orders are created right inside the chat
- You need basic inventory tracking and stock synchronization across channels
- Services business with a stream of requests (beauty, education, consulting) — funnels and chats with no per-user fees
KeyCRM is not for you if
- Your core is B2B sales with a long deal cycle and sales forecasting → consider Pipedrive: KeyCRM funnels are lightweight, with no multi-stage sales forecasting
- You need a full corporate workspace (tasks, chats, HR) → consider Uspacy
- Your team runs on Google Workspace and needs a CRM inside Gmail → consider NetHunt
- Warehouse accounting with serial numbers, batches, FIFO → you need a full ERP
- You expect a built-in AI assistant or lead quality scoring → as of 2026, KeyCRM does not have them
