Home-goods online store
Challenge
Orders from Rozetka, Prom.ua, and Etsy were processed in three separate dashboards. Stock levels drifted out of sync: the same item sold on two marketplaces at once, which led to cancellations and marketplace penalties. Waybills were created by hand.
Solution
Implemented KeyCRM as the single order hub. Connected Rozetka, Prom.ua, and Etsy through native integrations. Real-time stock synchronization across channels. Automatic Nova Poshta waybill creation from the order. Shipment statuses are pushed back to the marketplaces automatically.
Context
A home-goods online store: primary sales through Rozetka and Prom.ua, with Etsy as the export channel. A four-person team physically could not keep up with processing orders across three dashboards, and stock drift was costing them their marketplace ratings.
What we did
- Single order hub. All three channels consolidated into KeyCRM: one processing queue, one status flow.
- Stock synchronization. A sale on any marketplace instantly decrements the available stock on the others.
- Logistics. A Nova Poshta waybill is created from the order card; tracking and delivery status are pushed back to the marketplace.
- Channel analytics. Margin and returns per marketplace, broken out separately — data they previously did not have at all.
Outcome
The team handles the same order volume in 30% of the time. Same-day dispatch became the norm rather than the exception.
